The Global Risk Talent Programme is all about becoming a high-value specialist or, in the long run, a general manager. To reach your goals quickly, we facilitate personal and professional growth in two steps.

To find out which field suits you best, you start with a challenging orientation year. You work on two different projects, such as::

• Banking Risk Consolidation
• Bank Counterparty

These projects could take place across the globe and cover two of our four Risk divisions: Market Risk, Credit Risk, Insurance Risk and Model Validation.

In the next phase you will specialise in your field of choice. You will increase your knowledge, network and skills in a two-year position, for example as:

• Credit Analyst
• Market Risk Manager

Throughout the traineeship you work on industry-leading risk methodologies with real impact on the organisation. Right from the start, you actively contribute to the development of innovative products and services and build your international network.

To join the programme, you will need a Masters degree in Actuary, Financial Mathematics, Economics, Business administration, Econometrics, Mathematics, Physics, Astronomy, Chemistry or related beta studies.
