The essence of the Global Risk Talent Programme
You take risks because you know how to weigh them up
Risk Management does what it says on the box.
As a Risk Management specialist you will identify, measure, analyse
and assess the likelihood of certain events happening. You will
estimate their impact and work out strategies to balance risk,
return and capital. Maybe you will decide to accept all the risk,
or just some of it. Maybe you will focus on preventing the risk
arising in the first place. Or you will simply decide it’s not
worth the risk.
Now imagine that the risk in question runs into tens of millions of
Euros, and the opportunities are equally huge. The decisions you
make will have enormous consequences for our business. You need to
get it right. Do you dare to take this risk?
Then here is an opportunity you don’t want to miss: the ING Global
Risk Talent Programme. This three-year, tailor-made traineeship is
a unique opportunity for hands-on learning. You will start with one
year of challenging projects in various divisions. Next, you will
expand your knowledge, network and skills in a two-year position.
Career-wise you will go full speed ahead; by the end of your
traineeship you will be fully equipped to take the next step in
your career.
If this sounds like your kind of career opportunity, then we invite
you to:

field of choice. You will increase your knowledge, network and
skills in a two-year position, for example as:
Throughout the traineeship you work on
industry-leading risk methodologies with real impact on the
organisation. Right from the start, you actively contribute to the
development of innovative products and services and build your
international network.
Although you are on a fast track, you stay in
control of your career. You decide the goals to aim for; we offer
ample
development opportunities to match your
